This privacy notice sets out how VOYD AB, a legal entity in Sweden with corporate registration number 559044-0631, Nya Hamngatan 21, 852 29 Sundsvall, Sweden (“VOYD”) will process your personal data in connection with your use of our services and the website operated and owned by us (in the following referred to as the “Service”). “We”, “our” and “us” in the following refers to VOYD.

PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS
VOYD will collect and process the following personal data relating to you in connection with your use of the Services:
Name and surname
Username (profile/VOYD for chatting and comments)
Profile image and cover image (profile/VOYD)
Uploaded video content (Live/On-demand) (applies to content provider only)
Information about the device used to access our Services and information about your use of the Services, including operating system, type of browser, device IP address, network data, location data, web logs and interest based identifiers and user statistics.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Administration and provision of the Service
VOYD will process the personal data set out above for the purpose of administering your user account and for providing the Service to you, as a viewer and/or content provider.
The legal basis for our processing is the performance of VOYD’s obligations in relation to you pursuant to the user agreement for the Services agreed between you and us. Thus, the data processing that takes place in this respect serves the fulfilment of contractual obligations within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
VOYD will process the personal data set out above for the purpose of marketing, through among other things electronic communications services. The legal basis for our processing is the legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f) GDPR of VOYD or other parties. The legitimate interest is to market the Service or the content providers that have uploaded content to the Service and inform the users of new functionality and updates to the Service.
Statistics and improvements to the Service
VOYD will process the personal data set out above for statistical purposes and for the purpose of improving and developing the Service. The legal basis for our processing for these purposes is the legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f) GDPR of VOYD. The legitimate interest is to improve and develop the Service, for the benefit of you as user of the Service.
Accounting and customs
VOYD will process your name and surname and payment information for accounting and customs purposes. The legal basis for this processing is for VOYD to comply with and fulfill legal obligations that apply to VOYD. Thus, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c) GDPR forms the relevant legal basis in this respect.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above and under no circumstances longer than for six (6) months after your user account has been closed. Personal data processed for the purposes of accounting and customs will however be retained for the period required by applicable law.
THIRD PARTY PROCESSING AND SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
VOYD may share your personal data with VOYD’s affiliates for such affiliate’s further processing for the purposes set out above. If you have watched a video or a live performance, VOYD may share your e-mail address with the relevant content provider. Each content provider is an independent controller of such personal data.
User information provided by you through your user account at VOYD will be available for other users of the Service. VOYD shall have no liability for the use of your user information by such other users.
Your personal data will be shared with affiliates both within the EU and the USA.

Right to information and access
You have the right to know if we process personal data about you. If we do, you also have the right to receive information about the personal data we process and why we do it. You also have the right to receive a copy of all personal data we have about you.
If you are interested in specific information, please indicate it in your request. For example, you can specify if you are interested in a certain type of information (e.g. what contact and identification information we have about you) or if you want information from a certain time period.
Right to have erroneous data corrected
If the data we hold about you are incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. You also have the right to supplement incomplete information with additional information that may be needed for the information to be correct.
Once we have corrected your data, or it has been supplemented, we will inform those we have shared your data with about the update, provided that it is not impossible or too cumbersome. If you ask us, we will also tell you who we have shared your data with.
If you request to have data corrected, you also have the right to request that we limit our processing during the time we investigate the matter.
Right to have data deleted
In some cases, you have the right to have your data deleted. You have the right to have your data deleted if:

You withdraw your consent, if applicable,
The data is used for direct marketing and you unsubscribe from it,
You oppose use that is based on our legitimate interest and we cannot show compelling grounds that outweigh your interests,

Objecting to data use
You have the right to object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest. If you object to the use, we will, based on your particular situation, evaluate if our interests in using the data outweigh your interests in the data not being used for that purpose. If we are unable to provide compelling legitimate grounds that outweigh yours, we will stop using the data you object to - provided we do not have to use the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You always have the right to object to, and thus unsubscribe from, direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent for a specific processing at any time. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us.
Your withdrawal will not affect processing that has already been carried out.
Right to request restriction
