    • Preferably in Incognito/Private mode (ctrl-shift-n will open this in most browsers)
  • Restart the device completely
  • Try on another device, if possible

  • Screenshot of the issue
    • If you're on a computer, ideally include the browsers Console Log (Command + Option + J (Mac) or Control + Shift + J (Windows))
