How do I use a Discount / Gift card code?

In order to use this type of code, you need to enter it after you click the "Unlock"  and then "Continue to checkout" buttons.

A field to enter it will be available on the right-hand side of the purchase dialogue, and remember to click the "Activate" button after you've entered it.
